One of the most iconic lodging options in the city of São Paulo, Hotel Ca’d’Oro celebrated its 70th anniversary last Thursday, July 13.
Unity Hotelaria is honored to be part of this significant moment in the success of the enterprise. At this time, we took on the responsibility of managing digital marketing and repositioning the hotel in the market, offering a new, refreshed image.
The date was marked by a grand party, which brought together personalities, invited guests, employees and journalists, in an evening of celebration and recognition of the establishment’s successful trajectory.
Located in the heart of São Paulo, Ca’d’Oro is known for its refinement and excellent service, and is the destination of choice for both business travelers and tourists looking for a sophisticated experience. Over the years the hotel has earned a prestigious reputation, becoming a benchmark in the hotel sector.
The anniversary event began in the restaurant, specially decorated for the occasion. Guests were welcomed with a carefully prepared menu of the classics that have made history over the years; the décor was reminiscent of the hotel’s classic elegance, with details that made reference to its rich history.
The event lasted until the early hours of the morning, when guests were also able to visit the Sky Bar on the hotel’s rooftop, located on the 27th floor of the building, with a privileged view of the city and an excellent range of cocktails.
During the celebration, there was a retrospective of Ca’d’Oro’s 70-year history, highlighting milestones and significant achievements.
Since it was founded in 1953, the hotel has always stood out for its excellent service, comfort and sophistication. Over the decades, many personalities have passed through its halls, contributing to building its internationally renowned reputation.
“It’s a privilege to have the Guzzoni surname and to be able to continue this story from now on. I’m very happy for the 70 years, in Brazil it’s very difficult for a company to reach this milestone, the hotel is constantly renewing itself and will certainly celebrate another 70 years. Ca’d’Oro has rejuvenated itself with a young proposal, we created a rooftop on the 27th floor to meet the changing behavior of the younger public. And today this space is already very popular in São Paulo’s nightlife and it’s a privilege for me to be in charge of all this!” said Fabrizio Guzzoni, the hotel’s general manager, in his emotional speech and also stressed that the great honoree was also his uncle Aurelio, who has been with Ca’d’Oro for practically its entire history.
After the speech, tenor Menegatti performed three classics of Italian music and also paid tribute to Luciano Pavarotti, who was once a guest at the hotel. Andreia Lira performed playing the “Erard” piano, made in France in 1860, which is one of the relics of the place, as it is the only one in Brazil in perfect condition.
