As of June 3 (the start of the Corpus Christi holiday), the Asenza Beach Resort will operate an all inclusive premium system. Located on the south coast of Paraíba, next to Barra do Rio Abiaí and close to the friendly town of Pitimbú, just 75 km from João Pessoa (PB).

The resort’s owner, Alba Cabello, says that the implementation of all-inclusive was a demand from guests. “Since we opened the resort in November 2020, the market has been asking for this. There is no all-inclusive resort in Paraiba and it’s a niche market with a lot of pent-up demand.

We analyzed it very calmly and, this time, we understood that we were ready and mature to make the change,” he says.

The resort already has an all-inclusive profile, offering four meals for guests and an infrastructure that fits in well with the model.

The motivation for implementing all inclusive is not just to please guests, although that is always important. We are fully aware of the challenge of controlling costs, but we are certain that the measure will have an impact on the resort’s revenue and profitability for investors.
